Current Report No. 31/2019: Private placement of unsecured bonds

Further to Current Report No. 28/2019 of June 3rd 2019, the Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the “Company”) announces that on June 12th 2019 it passed a resolution (the “Resolution”) to increase the issue of Series AH1 unsecured notes (the “Bonds”). In connection with the Resolution, the Company decided to determine a new maximum issue size by increasing it from 35.000 to a total of no more than 50.000 Bonds with a nominal value of PLN 1.000 per bond, maturing 72 months from the allotment date. The other terms of the issue remain unchanged.
