Current Report No. 31/2020: Notification of transactions received under Article 19 of the MAR

KRUK S.A. (the Issuer) announces that today it received from Piotr Krupa, President of the Management Board of KRUK S.A., and other Members of the Management Board of KRUK S.A., i.e. Urszula Okarma, Piotr Kowalewski and Michał Zasępa, notifications of transactions referred to in Article 19(1) of the MAR (Notifications). The transactions involved subscription for warrants for the year 2019 issued as part of the 2015−2019 Incentive Scheme addressed to key management staff of the Company and other KRUK Group companies. The Notifications are attached to this report.
