Current Report No. 31/2023: Preliminary estimated financial data of KRUK Group for Q1 2023

Having been notified, on April 14th 2023, of the preliminary estimates of the financial data of the KRUK Group (the “Group”) for the first quarter of 2023, the Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the “Company”) decided to announce them to the public:

• estimated consolidated net profit of the KRUK Group: PLN 234m;
• estimated cash EBITDA of the KRUK Group: PLN 530m;
• estimated net debt to cash EBITDA ratio of the KRUK Group: 2,0.

The financial data presented above are preliminary estimates subject to change. The finally determined financial results will be disclosed in the consolidated report of the KRUK Group for the first quarter of 2023, scheduled for issue on April 26th 2023.
