Current Report No. 32/2016: Subsidiary wins an auction to buy a debt portfolio on the Spanish market
The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the “Company”) reports that on April 18th 2016 it was notified that its subsidiary, InvestCapital Malta Ltd., won an auction to purchase a debt portfolio from BIGBANK AS Consumer Finance SE of Madrid.
The portfolio’s face value is approximately EUR 3m (or PLN 12,9m at the mid-exchange rate quoted by the National Bank of Poland on April 18th 2016).
