Current Report No. 32/2018: Claim assignment agreement executed on the Italian market

Further to Current Report No. 30/2018 of September 3rd 2018, the Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the Company) announces that today, the Company’s subsidiary ItaCapital s.r.l. of Milan (ItaCapital, the Buyer) and KRUK S.A. (Guarantor) have signed binding agreement (Agreement) with Findomestic Banca S.p.A. of Florence  (the Seller). The Agreement provides for the acquisition of unsecured consumer loan debt with a total nominal value of approximately EUR 300m (PLN 1,3bn, translated at the mid-exchange rate quoted by the National Bank of Poland for September 14th 2018). Guarantor is a party of this Agreement as guarantor of the correct fulfillment by the Buyer of all obligations under this Agreement. The Agreement is subject to a condition precedent that the debts covered by the Agreement will be assigned to the Buyer upon payment of the Price. The Agreement does not provide for any contractual penalties. Other terms and conditions of the Agreement does not differ from those commonly used in agreements of such type.
