Current Report No. 32/2022: Payment of dividend for 2021

The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the „Company”) announces that on April 14th 2022, in accordance with the Management Board’s recommendation, the Annual General Meeting of KRUK S.A. passed Resolution No. 6/2022 on payment of dividend to the Company’s shareholders (the “Resolution”).
The Annual General Meeting resolved to pay dividend of PLN 13.00 per share. The dividend, totalling PLN 248.660. 490,00 and shall be distributed from the Company's net profit for 2021. Under the resolution, the dividend record date for payment of dividends for the financial year ended December 31st 2021 was set for April 21st 2022 and the dividend payment date – for April 28th 2022. The dividend will be paid on 19.127.730 KRUK S.A. shares.
