Current Report No. 32/2023: Assignment of ratings by Moody's and S&P Global for EUR bonds to be issued by KRUK.

Further to Current Report No. 26/2023, the Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the “Company”) announces that on April 17th 2023 the credit rating agencies Moody’s Investors Service (Moody's) and Standard & Poor’s (S&P Global) assigned ratings for the contemplated issue of bonds in EUR (the “Bonds”):

• the senior unsecured bonds in EUR from Moody’s is „Ba2”;
• the senior unsecured bonds in EUR from S&P Global is „BB-”.
