The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (“Company”) reports that the publication date for KRUK S.A.'s extended consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2013 has been changed.

The report will be published on May 12th 2013. The publication date of the extended consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2013, as announced earlier by the Company in Current Report No. 2/2013 of January 11th 2013, was May 15th 2013.
