In reference to the current report no 52/2015 of 31st July 2015, the Management Board of KRUK S.A. (Issuer) informs that on 27 April 2016, Issuer and International Finance Corporation, a member of the World Bank Group (IFC) have received approval of the offer in investment project on the Romanian market. The offer has been approved under the condition of agreeing and signing the sales purchase agreement. The nominal value of NPL portfolio of consumer loans is about of EUR 597 m (PLN 2,6 bn as translated at the midrate quoted by the National Bank of Poland for April 27th 2016).
