Current Report No. 34/2018: Claim assignment agreements executed on the Polish market

Further to Current Report No. 28/2018 of August 24th 2018, the Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the Company) announces that today, September 25th 2018, the Company’s subsidiary PROKURA NS FIZ (the Buyer) has signed agreements (Agreements) with one of the largest banks in Poland (the Bank). Under the Agreements, PROKURA NS FIZ purchased from the Bank a portfolio of an unsecured retail debt portfolios which face value is approximately PLN 274m and small and medium-sized enterprises unsecured debt portfolio which face value is approximately PLN 214m. The transfer of ownership of the debts covered by the Agreements to the Buyer shall take place on the day of their conclusion, upon payment of the price on the terms specified in the Agreements. Other terms and conditions of the Agreements do not differ from those commonly used in agreements of such type.
