KRUK S.A. (the Issuer) announces that today it received from Piotr Krupa, President of the Management Board of KRUK S.A., and other Members of the Management Board of KRUK S.A., i.e. Urszula Okarma, Adam Łodygowski, Piotr Kowalewski and Michał Zasępa, notifications of transactions referred to in Article 19(1) of the MAR (Notifications).

The transactions involved subscription for warrants for the year 2025 issued as part of the 2025−2028 Incentive Scheme by the Management Board of KRUK S.A.
