Current Report No. 36/2019: Allotment of unsecured bearer bonds

Further to Current Report No. 31/2019 of June 12th 2019 on the issue of bonds, the Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the “Company”, the “Issuer”) announces that on June 28th 2019 it became aware of successful placement by the Dealer, acting on behalf of the Issuer, of the Series AH1 unsecured bearer bonds (the “Bonds”). The Bonds have been registered with the National Depository for Securities (Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A.). Based on the information, the Company’s Management Board concluded that the Bond issue was successful and that 50.000 Bonds had been allotted, each with a nominal value per bond equal to the issue price of PLN 1,000 (with a total value amounting to PLN 50m). The Bonds will bear interest at 3M WIBOR plus a fixed margin of 4.0 percentage points.
