Current Report No. 36/2021: Cost summary of the Seventh Public Bond Issue Programme
In connection with the closing of the Seventh Public Bond Issue Programme (the “Programme”) on August 23rd 2021, and further to Current Report No. 10/2020 of April 21st 2020, the Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the “Issuer”) discloses information on the costs incurred under the Programme. The total costs of the Programme, under which four issues of 250.000 AK1 Series bonds, 200.000 AK2 Series bonds, 700.000 AK3 Series bonds and 650.000 AK4 Series bonds were conducted, amounted to PLN 3.530.213. This amount includes: - costs related to the preparation and approval of the issue prospectus, including consultancy costs - PLN 103.713, - costs of preparing and conducting a bond offer - PLN 3.300.000 - costs of promotion of bond offers - PLN 126.500. The average cost of conducting offers per bond offered, with a nominal value of PLN 100 amounted to PLN 1,96 The Issuing Party did not bear the costs of sub-issuers' remuneration, because it did not conclude sub-issue agreements in connection with the bond offers. The Programme costs related to the preparation of the prospectus, final terms and conditions of issue and brokerage commissions in the amount of PLN 3.270.000 have been recognized as prepaid expenses. These costs are charged to the financial result from the issue date to the redemption date. Other costs, including those related to the promotion of bond offers, are charged to the current costs of the Company's operations.
