Current Report No. 37/2018: Allotment of unsecured bearer bonds.

Further to Current Report No. 36/2018 of October 9th 2018 on the issue of bonds, the Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the “Company”, the “Issuer”) announces that on October 12th 2018 it became aware of successful placement by the Dealer, acting on behalf of the Issuer, of the Series AE3 unsecured bearer bonds (the “Bonds”) and their entry in the depositary register. Based on the information, the Company’s Management Board concluded that the Bond issue was successful and that 35.000 Bonds had been allotted, each with a nominal value per bond equal to the issue price of PLN 1,000 (with a total value amounting to PLN 35m). The Bonds will bear interest at 3M WIBOR plus a fixed margin of 350 basis points.
