Current Report No. 38/2021: Approval of prospectus for Eighth Public Bond Programme

Further to Current Report No. 12/2021 of April 27th 2021 on the Eighth Public Bond Programme (the “ Eighth Programme”), the Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the “Company”) announces that today it was notified of the approval by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority on September 3rd 2021 of the Company’s prospectus prepared for the purposes the Eighth Programme.
