Current Report No. 38/2024: Payment of dividend for 2023

The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the „Company”) announces that on May 10th 2024, in accordance with the Management Board’s recommendation, the Annual General Meeting of KRUK S.A. passed Resolution No. 6/2024 on payment of dividend to the Company’s shareholders (the “Resolution”).

The Annual General Meeting resolved to pay dividend of PLN 18.00 per share. The dividend, totalling PLN 347,738,220.00 and shall be distributed from the Company's net profit for 2023. Under the resolution, the dividend record date for payment of dividends for the financial year ended December 31st 2023 was set for May 15th 2024 and the dividend payment date – for May 20th 2024. The dividend will be paid on 19,318,790 KRUK S.A. shares.
