Current Report No. 4/2024: Notice of registration of series AO4EUR bonds

The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the “Company”) announces that Central Securities Depository of Poland (the “CSDP”) said in its Statement No. 32/2024 of January 10th 2024 that the 50,000 Series AO4EUR bearer bonds of the Company, with a nominal value of EUR 100 per bond, ISIN PLKRK0000812 (the “Bonds”) will be registered on January 12th 2024.
