Acting pursuant to Art. 70.1 of the Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies of July 29th 2005, the Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the Company) announces that on November 9th 2020 it received a notification (Notification) from Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc, of the transactions in the Company's shares. The Notification is attached to this report.
