Current Report No. 40/2022: Subsidiary wins tender for a debt portfolio on the Spanish market

The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the “Company”) announces that on 29th April 2022 it was notified that its subsidiary, InvestCapital Ltd., Malta, was chosen in a tender as preferred purchaser of retail unsecured debt portfolio on the Spanish market. The portfolio’s face value is approximately EUR 132m (or PLN 615m at the mid-rate quoted by the National Bank of Poland for 29th April 2022). The conclusion of the relevant agreement regarding the purchase of the Portfolio is contingent upon the successful conclusion of the negotiations between the parties and reaching an agreement on the commercial terms thereof. In case of the conclusion of the agreement, the Company will release a separate report in that respect.
