Current Report No. 41/2020: Correction of interim report for Q3 2020

The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the “Company”) publishes a correction of the complete consolidated quarterly report for the period from 1st January 2020 to 30th September 2020 , issued by the Company on November 5th 2020. The correction resulted from typographical error in the recast interim condensed financial statement of KRUK S.A. The Management Board of KRUK S.A. informs that the adjustment does not affect the KRUK Group's consolidated financial statements for January 1st - September 30th 2020. As a result of the adjustment, the data converted for the comparative period have changed.
The above changes were included respectively in the points: Financial Highlights, Changes in accounting policies, Income tax.
