Current Report No. 41/2024: First listing date announced for assimilated Series AO5EUR and AO6EUR bonds

The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the “Company”) announces that the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A. (the “WSE”) issued a communication of May 28th 2024 announcing that KRUK S.A.’s Series AO6EUR bearer bonds (KR10229) assigned code PLKRK0000838 and Series AO5EUR bearer bonds (KRU0229) assigned code PLKRK0000820 would be listed as of June 3rd 2024 under the abbreviated name of KRU0229 and assigned code PLKRK0000820, in accordance with Statement No. 513/2024 of the National Securities Depository of Poland dated May 28th 2024.
