Current Report No. 42/2021 Information on transactions in KRUK S.A. shares

Acting pursuant to Art. 70.1 of the Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies of July 29th 2005, the Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the “Company”) announces that on October 7th 2021 it received a notification from Nationale-Nederlanden Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A., ul. Topiel 12, 00-342 Warsaw, of  increasing their aggregate holding of Company shares, reading as follows:

“Pursuant to Art. 87.1.2b of the Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies of July 29th 2005 (Dz.U. of 2009, No. 185, item 1439, as amended), we hereby notify you that following the registration of a share capital reduction at Kruk S.A. on October the 1st 2021  (the “Company”), on which the Company reported in Current Report No. 41/2021 on October 5th 2021, the following funds managed by Nationale-Nederlanden Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A.: Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny, Nationale-Nederlanden Dobrowolny Fundusz Emerytalny, Nationale-Nederlanden Dobrowolny Fundusz Emerytalny Nasze Jutro 2025, Nationale-Nederlanden Dobrowolny Fundusz Emerytalny Nasze Jutro 2030, Nationale-Nederlanden Dobrowolny Fundusz Emerytalny Nasze Jutro 2035, Nationale-Nederlanden Dobrowolny Fundusz Emerytalny Nasze Jutro 2040, Nationale-Nederlanden Dobrowolny Fundusz Emerytalny Nasze Jutro 2045, Nationale-Nederlanden Dobrowolny Fundusz Emerytalny Nasze Jutro 2050, Nationale-Nederlanden Dobrowolny Fundusz Emerytalny Nasze Jutro 2055, Nationale-Nederlanden Dobrowolny Fundusz Emerytalny Nasze Jutro 2060, Nationale-Nederlanden Dobrowolny Fundusz Emerytalny Nasze Jutro 2065 increased their aggregate holding of Company shares by 2% of total voting rights held by them at the Company’s General Meeting above 2%.
