Current Report No. 43/2018: Execution of annex to credit facility agreement with mBank S.A

Further to Current Report No. 39/2015 of July 2nd 2015, the Management Board of KRUK S.A. (“Company”) announces that on November 29th 2018 together with its subsidiary PROKURA NS FIZ (“Borrower”) the execution of an annex (“Annex”) to the trilateral revolving credit facility agreement (“Credit Facility”) with mBank Spółka Akcyjna (“Bank”).As of the date of the Annex, the Credit Facility amount was raised by PLN 40m, i.e. up to a maximum total amount of PLN 140m. In addition, the repayment date was set at June 30th 2023.
