Current Report No. 44/2017: KRUK receives post-audit report from Wrocław Tax and Customs Office

The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (“Company”) announces that on September 15th 2017 it received a post-audit report from the Tax and Customs Office in Wrocław (“Office”, “Report”).

The tax audit (“Tax Audit”) concerned corporate income tax for 2014.

During the Tax Audit, tax arrears were discovered, which the Company estimates at PLN 2,6 m, including interest.

The Company will not raise objections to the Report, it will make the relevant corrections and settle the arrears.

The Company is currently awaiting the Tax and Customs Office’s final decision in the case.

The Company informed the public of the ongoing Tax Audit in its consolidated report for the first half of 2017 issued on September 5th 2017.
