Current Report No. 46/2024: Notification of transactions received under Article 19 of the MAR

KRUK S.A. (the Issuer) announces that today it received from Piotr Krupa, President of the Management Board of KRUK S.A., and other Members of the Management Board of KRUK S.A., i.e. Urszula Okarma, Adam Łodygowski, Piotr Kowalewski and Michał Zasępa, notifications of transactions referred to in Article 19(1) of the MAR (Notifications). The transactions involved subscription for warrants for the year 2023 issued as part of the 2021−2024 Incentive Scheme by the Management Board of KRUK S.A. and sale of shares by the Member of the Board. The Notifications are attached to this report.
