Current Report No. 47/2023: Payment of dividend for 2022

The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the „Company”) announces that on June 20th 2023, in accordance with the Management Board’s recommendation, the Annual General Meeting of KRUK S.A. passed Resolution No. 6/2023 on payment of dividend to the Company’s shareholders (the “Resolution”).

The Annual General Meeting resolved to pay dividend of PLN 15.00 per share. The dividend, totalling PLN 289,781,850.00 and shall be distributed from the Company's net profit for 2022. Under the resolution, the dividend record date for payment of dividends for the financial year ended December 31st 2022 was set for September 7th 2023 and the dividend payment date – for September 28th 2023. The dividend will be paid on 19,318,790 KRUK S.A. shares.
