Current Report No. 47/2025: Notice of admission to trading of series AP4 bonds

The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the “Company”) announces that by Resolution No. 948/2025 of July 16th 2025 the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange decided to admit 1,000,000 Series AP4 bearer bonds of the Company, with a nominal value of PLN 100 per bond, to trading on the main market as of the date of their registration by the Central Securities Depository of Poland.
