Current Report No. 48/2012: Successful auction bid for purchase of debt portfolio

The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the "Company") reports that on November 30th 2012 it was notified that PROKURA NS FIZ, a subsidiary of KRUK S.A., won an auction to purchase a debt portfolio from Credit Agricole Bank Polska S.A.

The nominal value of the debt is PLN 367,568,498.44.

The Company's Management Board will promptly release information on the execution of a significant agreement related to PROKURA NS FIZ's successful bid in a separate current report.
