Current Report No. 48/2016: Registration of KRUK S.A. Series AB2 bonds with CSDP

The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the “Company”) announces that by virtue of Resolution No. 340/16 of May 25th 2016 the Management Board of Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. (the Central Securities Depository of Poland, CSDP) resolved to register 1,350,000 Series AB2 bearer shares of KRUK S.A., with a par value of PLN 100 per bond, maturing on May 19th 2021, issued under Management Board’s Resolution No. 173/2015 on the Third Bond Issue Programme, dated December 30th 2015, and Management Board’s Resolution No. 112/2016 on the final terms and conditions of the Series AB2 Bonds, dated May 9th 2016, and to assign the Bonds ISIN code No. PLKRK0000416.
