Current Report No. 48/2022: Notice of admission to trading and registration of series AM3 bonds

The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the “Company”) announces that by Resolution No. 548/2022 of June 13th 2022 the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (the “WSE”) decided to admit 500.000 Series AM3 bearer bonds of the Company, with a nominal value of PLN 100 per bond (the “Bonds”), to trading on the main market of the WSE as of the date of their registration by the Central Securities Depository of Poland (the “CSDP”).

The Company also announces that on June 14th 2022 the CSDP said in its Statement No. 529/2022 of June 14th 2022 that the Bonds will be registered within three days of the receipt by the CSDP of the decision to admit the Bonds to trading on the regulated market.
