The Management Board of KRUK S.A. reports that on June 27th 2013 the Company's Annual General Meeting adopted Resolution No. 22/2013 to approve the consolidated text of the Articles of Association of KRUK S.A.

The consolidated text incorporates the amendments introduced by virtue of Resolution No. 21/2013 of the Annual General Meeting of KRUK S.A. of June 27th 2013.

The amendments to the Articles of Association will become effective upon their registration with the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register.

The amendments to the Articles of Association of KRUK S.A. and the consolidated text of the Company’s Articles of Association as adopted by the Annual General Meeting of KRUK S.A. on June 27th 2013 are attached hereto.
