Current Report No. 49/2018: Execution of credit facility agreement with ING Bank Śląski

The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the “Company”) announces that on December 20th 2018 a credit facility agreement was concluded by the Company and its subsidiary PROKURA NS FIZ with ING Bank Śląski S.A. (the “Agreement”). The Agreement provides for the credit facility in the total amount of PLN 200m to finance or refinance purchase of debt portfolios (the “Credit Facility”). The Credit Facility bears interest set on arm’s length basis based on WIBOR. The Credit Facility is granted for a period ending on December 20th 2023.
