Current Report No. 49/2023: Notice of registration of series AN4 bonds

Further to Current Report No. 44/2023 of June 13th 2023, the Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the “Company”) announces that on June 21st 2023 the Central Securities Depository of Poland (CSDP) said in its Statement No. 547/2023 that the 500,000 series AN4 Bonds, under ISIN code PLKRK0000762, will be registered within three days of the receipt by the CSDP of the decision to admit the Bonds to trading on the regulated market.
