Current Report No. 49/2024: Notice of registration of series H shares

The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the “Company”) reports that the Central Securities Depository of Poland has announced, in its Statement No. 915/2024 of September 17th 2024, the execution of an agreement with the Company to register up to 950,550 Series H Shares of the Company (the “Shares”) with a par value of PLN 1 per share, identified by ISIN code PLKRK0000861, which are issued as a conditional share capital increase under Resolution No. 22/2021 of the Company’s Annual General Meeting dated 16 June 2021.

The Shares will be registered in connection with the deregistration of subscription warrants carrying the right to subscribe for Series H shares.
