Current Report No. 5/2026: Bond issue under First Bond Issue Programme without Prospectus

Further to Current Report No. 19/2020 of July 21st 2020 announcing the First Bond Issue Programme without a Prospectus and to Current Report No. 94/2023 of December 20th 2023, the Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the “Company”) announces that on March  5th 2026 it passed a resolution to issue series AL6bonds (the “Bonds”) and define their terms and conditions. 
The Bonds will be offered at an issue price equal to their nominal value of PLN 1,000 per Bond, with the aggregate nominal value of the Bonds not to exceed PLN 600m. Up to 600,000 unsecured Bonds will be offered as part of the Bond issue. The issue will be conducted by June 30th 2026. 
The Bonds will be have a book-entry form and the Company will seek to introduce them to trading in the alternative trading system on the Catalyst market, operated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
