Current Report No. 50/2024: Approval of prospectus for Eleventh Public Bond Programme

Further to Current Report No. 32/2024 of April 19th 2024 on the Eleventh Public Bond Programme (the “Eleventh Programme”), the Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the “Company”) announces that today it was notified of the approval by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority on September 18th 2024 of the Company’s prospectus prepared for the purposes the Eleventh Programme.
