Current Report No. 51/2016: Resolution of the WSE Management Board to admit Series AB2 bonds to trading
Further to Current Report No. 48/2016 of May 25th 2016 on the registration of Series AB2 bonds of KRUK S.A. (the “Company”) with the Central Securities Depository of Poland, the Management Board of the Company announces that on June 3rd 2016 the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (the “WSE”) passed Resolution No. 556/2016 on the admission of Series AB2 bearer bonds of the Company to trading on the Catalyst market (“Resolution ”).
By Resolution, the Management Board of the WSE, acting pursuant to Par. 3.1 and 3.7 of the WSE Rules, decided that 1,350,000 Series AB2 bearer bonds of the Company, with a nominal value of PLN 100 per bond, be admitted to trading on the main market.
