Current Report No. 51/2020: Subsidiary wins a tender to buy a debt portfolios on the Polish market

The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the “Company”) announces that on December 16th 2020 it was notified that the Company’s subsidiary PROKURA NSFIZ had won the tender to purchase an unsecured retail debt portfolios from one of the banks in Poland. The portfolios’ face value is approximately PLN 839m. The relevant agreement related to the tender will be announced by the Company promptly after its execution in a separate report.
