Current Report No. 51/2023: Subsidiary wins tender for debt portfolios on Spanish market

The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the “Issuer”) announces that on June 28th 2023 it was notified by its subsidiary, InvestCapital Ltd. of Malta, that it had won the tender for the purchase from Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria S.A of two unsecured debt portfolios with an aggregate face value of approximately EUR 398,78m (PLN 1,778.6 m translated at the average exchange rate quoted by the National Bank of Poland for June 28th 2023).

The relevant agreement related to the tender will be announced by the Issuer promptly after its execution in a separate report.
