Current Report No. 51/2025: Approval of prospectus for Twelfth Public Bond Programme

Further to Current Report No. 37/2025 of June 12th 2025 on the Tweltfth Public Bond Programme (the “Twelfth Programme”), the Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the “Company”) announces that today it was notified of the approval by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority on September 10th 2025 of the Company’s prospectus prepared for the purposes the Twelfth  Programme.
