Current Report No. 53/2020: Claim assignment agreement executed on the Polish market with Getin Noble Bank S.A.

Further to Current Report No. 51/2020 of December 16th 2020, the Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the Company) announces that today, the Company’s subsidiary PROKURA NS FIZ (the Buyer) has signed agreement with Getin Noble Bank S.A. (Agreement, the Bank).
Under the Agreement, PROKURA NS FIZ purchased from the Bank a portfolios of unsecured retail debts with an aggregate nominal value of PLN 839m.
Terms and conditions of the Agreement do not differ from those commonly used in agreements of such type.
