Current Report No. 53/2023: Admission to trading and date of first listing of bonds issued under euro-denominated bond programme on Nasdaq Stockholm stock exchange

Further to Current Report No. 33/2023 of April 25th 2023, the Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the “Company”) announces that 1,500 bonds issued by the Company under its euro-denominated bond programme have been admitted to trading on the regulated market of Nasdaq Stockholm under ISIN code NO0012903444. June 29th 2023 has been set as the first listing date.
