Current Report No. 54/2019: Claim assignment agreement executed on the Italian market

Further to Current Report No. 52/2019 of December 13th 2019, the Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the Company) announces that today, the Company’s subsidiary ItaCapital s.r.l. of Milan (the Buyer) has signed binding agreement (Agreement) with Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A. of Turin. The Agreement provides for the acquisition of unsecured consumer loan debt with a total nominal value of approximately EUR 75m (PLN 321m, translated at the mid-exchange rate quoted by the National Bank of Poland for December 20th 2019).
