Current Report No. 54/2020: Claim assignment agreements with the bank form BNP PARIBAS Group executed on the Spanish market.

The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the Company) announces that today, the Company’s subsidiary InvestCapital Ltd. (the Buyer) has signed agreement with the bank from BNP Paribas Group (Agreement, the Bank).
Under the Agreement, InvestCapital Ltd. purchased from the Bank an unsecured retail debt and SME debt portfolio from with an aggregate nominal value of EUR 82m. (PLN 372m at the mid exchange rate quoted by the National Bank of Poland for December 30th 2020). Terms and conditions of the Agreement do not differ from those commonly used in agreements of such type.
Following the concluded Agreement, the total amount of debt portfolios purchased by the KRUK Group from the BNP Paribas Group companies in Q4 2020 is PLN 816m in nominal value.
