Current Report No. 57/2022: Notice of registration of series AM4 bonds

Further to Current Report No. 56/2022 of August 19th 2022, the Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the “Company”) announces that on August 23rd 2022 the Central Securities Depository of Poland (CSDP) said in its Statement No. 762/2022 of August 23rd 2022 that the Bonds will be registered within three days of the receipt by the CSDP of the decision to admit the Bonds to trading on the regulated market.
