Current Report No. 59/2021: Claim assignment agreements executed on the Polish market

The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the Company) announces that today, the Company’s subsidiary PROKURA NS FIZ (the Buyer) had signed agreements with Getin Noble Bank S.A. (Agreements, the Bank). Under the Agreements, PROKURA NS FIZ purchased from the Bank a portfolio of unsecured retail debts and a portfolio of secured and unsecured mortgage debts. The portfolios’ face value referred to above is approximately PLN 859m. Terms and conditions of the Agreements do not differ from those commonly used in agreements of such type.
