Current Report No. 6/2019: Estimate of the KRUK Group’s net profit for 2018

The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the “Company”) announces that on February 28th 2019  was notified of the estimate of the KRUK Group’s net profit for 2018, and the Company decided to publicly announce it.

The estimated consolidated net profit earned by the KRUK Group in 2018 is PLN 330 m, up 11,9% year on year.

The estimated earnings per share (EPS) of the KRUK Group reached PLN 17,51 in 2018, having grown 11,3 % year on year, 3,7 pp below the target set in the KRUK Group’s strategy for 2015-2018.

The estimated return on equity (ROE) of the KRUK Group in 2018 is 19,1 %, which is 0,9 pp below the target set in the KRUK Group’s strategy for 2015-2018.

The finally determined financial results for 2018 will be disclosed in the separate and consolidated annual report of the KRUK Group for 2018, scheduled for issue on March 7th 2019.
