Current Report No. 60/2025: Dates of publication of interim reports in 2026

Acting pursuant to Par. 84.1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of June 6th 2025 on current and periodic information […] (the “Regulation”), the Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the “Company”) announces the release dates for the Company’s full-year and interim reports to be published in the financial year 2026:

-    Consolidated Q4 2025 report will be published on February 26th 2026,
-    Separate and consolidated full-year reports for 2025 will be published on March 10th 2026,
-    Consolidated Q1 2026 report will be published on April 29th 2026,
-    In accordance with Par. 83.2 of the Regulation, the quarterly report and consolidated quarterly report for the Q2 2026 will not be published.
-    Consolidated H1 2026 report will be published on August 26th 2026,
-    Consolidated Q3 2026 report will be published on October 27th 2026.

The Company further announces that in 2026 it will continue to publish consolidated quarterly reports containing quarterly financial information referred to in Par. 63.1 of the Regulation and a consolidated half-year report containing condensed half-year financial statements with auditor report referred to in Par. 63.3 of the Regulation instead of separately publishing quarterly and half-year consolidated and separate reports.
