Current Report No. 62/2022: Subsidiary wins tender for debt portfolios on Italian market

The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the “Issuer”) announces that on September 7th 2022 it was notified by its subsidiary, Kruk Investimenti s.r.l. of Milan, Italy, that it had won the tender to purchase three unsecured retail debt portfolios from entities of the BNP Paribas Group. The portfolios’ face value is approximately EUR 85,5m (PLN 403m at the mid-rate quoted by the National Bank of Poland for September 7th 2022). 

The relevant agreement related to the tender will be announced by the Issuer promptly after its execution in a separate report.
