Current Report No. 62/2023: Notice of registration of series AO1 bonds

Further to Current Report No. 61/2023 of August 8th 2023, the Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the “Company”) announces that on August 22nd 2023 the Central Securities Depository of Poland (CSDP) said in its Statement No. 758/2023 that the 750,000 series  Bonds, under ISIN code PLKRK0000770, will be registered within three days of the receipt by the CSDP of the decision to admit the Bonds to trading on the regulated market.
